Small Moments-Part 2

I tried to stop talking about Northern Ireland in this blog, mostly because I was tired of listening to myself complain about not being there and I felt that others might feel the same. All this to say, though I have kept silent there are small moments, small moments like I quoted in a previous blog, which point me to Northern Ireland. This afternoon I went to the post office I collected another.

A man was carrying large boxes in as I was walking toward the door. He held the door open for me with his free foot. I thought it was kind of him. The lady at the counter called for extra help, she said "Ben, just came in and he is sending six boxes to Great Britain with insurance, I am going to need your help." I couldn't help but to be noisy and look to see where he was sending them. The computer screen read: NORTHERN IRELAND. I smiled to myself.

I bought my tickets this week to finally go back. It is just for a short visit, but I believe the small moments will start to collect and become bigger, maybe even for longer.
